The type of food you eat and portion size is what will help keep you on track, and the best part is it will give you more energy and have you feeling good on your inside and out. This is a conscious decision and lifestyle choice. When it comes to dieting we've all been told that you can only eat this and have to avoid that and so on. Well it's true, there are certain foods we should all avoid but everything within moderation.

The best way to keep yourself on track is to pick one day a week that will be your "cheat" day. A day of eating whatever you want. However the portion size still comes in to effect but is a little more forgiving as long as you don't go over board. This will help curb you from making bad food choices during the rest of the week, because you'll have a whole day to look forward to eat what you want.
